2. Open Innovation Model for rapid commercialisation.

3. A programme of networking and dissemination events in support of open innovation.

4. Commercialisation forum including e-Portal with support services and Innovation Training Factory to deliver necessary changes in attitudes, thinking and commercial proficiency of key players in the innovation process.

5. A strategic roadmap and policy guidelines to support the EU and national governments in increasing successful commercialisation of nanotechnology research.

www.nanocom-eu.org

Public bodies at EU national and regional levels, private companies, research organizations, individual entrepreneurs, investors and innovators can now share innovation on the NanoCom web portal hosted by the Nanofutures platform, an ETIP European Technology Integrating and Innovation Platform.

The NanoCom web tool delivers a new solution for bridging the gap in the development of nano-manufacturing technologies and improving the communication and dialogue between research and industry in the nano-sector. The portal allows the matching of innovation demand launched by private companies and the knowledge, skills and experiences of individuals and research centers.

From now on, anybody that requires nanotechnologies in their industrial sector or products can launch an international contest at http://nanocom.nanofutures.info/ and find immediately the individual or research center that can provide the best solution thanks to their competences and skills . On the other hand individuals can submit their resumes and cvs and by describing their nanotechnology field of expertise, they can be easily identified by contest launchers or employers as the right “solution providers” they are looking for.”
